Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Sessions begin with what you want to accomplish and explain the steps in practical, respectful language. You will see the task, practice it with guidance, and then try it more independently.

What happens during a session?

Talbert Tech uses Show It → Do It Together → Do It Yourself. The instructor demonstrates the task, guides you while you complete it, and gives you space to try it with minimal help. A quick-reference resource may be provided when appropriate.

Do you remotely control my device?

No. Talbert Tech does not remotely control client devices. You operate your own device and complete the steps yourself with guidance.

Do you need my passwords or authentication codes?

No. Never send or say your passwords, banking passwords, Social Security number, full card number, authentication codes, security answers, or other sensitive credentials. You enter private information yourself.

Do you repair computers?

No. Talbert Tech provides education and coaching. It does not provide hardware repair, computer repair, managed IT, advanced network troubleshooting, account bypassing, or unauthorized access.
